Super Excited!
Tommy and I are super excited. We got a new camera yesterday. Each year Tommy gets a little bonus installment...the bulk of it we try to put in savings or use it if we absolutely need for fixing cars or what not. Anyhow, Tommy always gets to buy one thing he really wants....since it is him that works so hard to support us. Luckily I have a wonderful husband who ALWAYS gets something we both can enjoy. So this year a new camera which we really needed. Our camera was not even holding a charge anymore. ANyhow on to the point I have been playing with it and I am sure we will be taking more pics and therefore have many more posts, but for now I was excited about the software. I, too, am going to start learning how to edit photos. I was working with this photo that was already on my computer from berry picking of Faith and Adeliah. Take a look at the before and after and tell me what you think. It is my first time but I know with time I will get better...I hope!!!

Ohhh...nice! You will just get better and better! Each and every moment you spend leaning the camera, reading the manual, reading online photo tips and learning the software will pay off big in the results area. You will slowly get better and better and pretty soon your eyes will be trained to see what really makes a fantastic photo. I'm so excited for you! I see the edits you did, I like how it's warmer. LOVE the photo of the leaf. Can't wait to see more! Let me know if you ever have any questions.
Hey you! I didn't know you guys had a blog. I will be checking it out more. I love the pictures. Most the time I only get to see pictures if Sheryl or Preacher show me. Cool!
